Turkey Noodle Soup.

No, but seriously, I've never liked broth-y soups and I've never even tried chicken noodle soup. This soup though... amazing.

I got the recipe from Elly Says Opa! and it's supposed to be chicken noodle but I had turkey breasts. I also left out the celery (it's hated in this household) and added extra carrots but everything else was perfect.

I'm actually in the process of making another pot for my lunches this week. But this time I'm leaving out the meat and adding a ton of carrots. Yum!
