Chicken Supreme.

I got this recipe from a lady on my parenting board. She said it's a family favorite in her house and anything that includes boxed stuffing is okay in my book. It's not very pretty but it was good! Spencer and I managed to eat the whole thing in one night.



4 chicken breasts - cut in half - so there is 8 pieces of chicken
Lay them in a 9x13 cake pan
Lay swiss cheese over all of the chicken
Take 8oz sour cream mixed with 1 can of mushroom soup
Spread that mixture over the swiss. Then take 1 box of unprepared chicken stuffing mixture and pour it over everything.
Put it in the oven at 350 for about an 45-1 hour until chicken is done.
