Honey Roasted Potatoes.

I served these with my turkey sloppy joes (in the post below). I wanted something that was kinda like french fries but a little different and these fit the bill. I used this recipe, but I used yukon gold and left out the onion. The sweetness of the honey worked really well and they were an excellent side for the sloppy joes.
