Meal Plan Monday.

I skipped last week's mealplan because of the holidays. We were so busy! Luckily my parents sent us some with a ton of ham and turkey for sandwiches.

Things are finally getting back to normal around here though. Although I can't wait for the whole New Year's ordeal to be over. I'm also sick this week (and probably will be for weeks thanks to my not-so-great immune system) so I can't promise I'll stick to this plan exactly.

Monday: Football Snacks: Sticky Chinese Chicken Wings, Pizza Bread (both here), and Guacamole.

Tuesday: Black Eyed Peas and Ham.

Wednesday: Roasted Chicken, Macaroni and Cheese, and Asparagus.

Thursday: Garlic Pork Roast, Mashed Potatoes, and Carrots.

Friday: Leftovers.

Saturday: Rootbeer Pulled Pork.

Sunday: Out.
